If your order has not been shipped you can still request the cancellation of your order or an item in your order.

Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible via the contact form, and mention the order number and item number if relevant.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we were able to cancel your order.

If you have already received a shipment confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return once your order arrives.
