Returning an item bought online on Vlisco.com

You are entitled to return your order within 30 (thirty) working days from the day of purchase and receive a refund, provided the items are unused, undamaged and complete with all the original tags/labels in the original packaging.

You are not bound to indicate the reason(s) why you wish to return the products, however sharing them with us will help us improve our products and services.

The shipping costs (and any other direct or indirect costs, such as duties, to return the products to the premises of vlisco.com in the Netherlands) are at your charge. If you have paid any taxes/import duties for this order, please contact your local customs for repayment. When returning with a pre-paid label, the return costs will be deducted from your total refund. If you choose to return your order with the carrier of your choice, please note that Vlisco is not responsible for delays or losses during transit.

Vlisco does not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, we recommend that you place a new order on vlisco.com.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
