What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?

Report your order issue to customer service for further assistance. Include a photo of the item received, including a picture of the label with the QR code.

Report your order issue to customer service for further assistance. Please include an image of the damage, as well as of the label on the fabric with the QR code.

My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.
